SELECTED SOCIOECONOMIC CHARACTERISTICS

Social, economic and environmental factors are recognised as having an impact on a person's health and wellbeing. Information about the socioeconomic circumstances of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples can be used, along with health and other population characteristics, to enable a better understanding of the overall health and wellbeing of this population.

Previously unpublished results are provided for the following socioeconomic characteristics:

  • Labour force characteristics
  • Highest educational attainment.
